Letter to my mother from Canada: 😊🙏

Dear Morjanay!

Nothing hurts me more than the fact that the access to a better passport separated me from you but one year of Jail is almost over and 2 more to go. 

You always ask me how is Canada and I always avoid sharing it as I want it to be that fake image that everyone has created so, you don't think your son is in a bad place. 

But lately I am thinking you are a strong woman and you can take it, I mean you educated me when my father and brothers weren't in support after my first child abuse incident.

You didn't let me die when I had fatal sickness and you  fought the whole world for me (I still miss those days, my worst days were my best days, little did I know). 

I was in 8th grade still you would pick and drop me from school, you would walk 12 Kms during the scorching summer of Lahore but when we would be going back, you would take a Rikshaw so, I don't have to walk. 

So, what I am trying to say is that you can take it if I tell you how Canada is through the eyes of your son. 

Morjanay (mom) Canada is a modern day slave factory, where the husband, the wife and the kids, they all work and still it takes them 35 years to buy a two bedroom house.

People here work in horrible jobs, now I know why these people are so against 9 to 5 (because it wasn't the same in Afghanistan).

Here a friend of mine working in amazon developed hernia because he had 2 minutes break for the washroom and he told me that he had to run fast to make it happen.

And I didn't believe him but then I worked for the 5th biggest bank of Canada CIBC, they told me I have 8 minutes for the washroom breaks and that was the first time I found out that it takes me 3 minutes to pee and 11 minutes to poo and I couldn't do it in the allocated time. 

The job was already horrible because they make you work on Christmas, they make you whenever they want, you are their purchased slave.

And when I shared the problem with others then them instead of raising their voice, they said, use toilet at home or do it in lunch break which is 30 minutes.

I realized these are dead people so, I told my manager that I am going to fight legally against CIBC for this and then she freaked out and told her manager and then he made me sign a document which said I have health issues so, they gave me 20 minutes extra. 

That was it for me Morjanay, I started looking for another job after 2 months. 

It was in this job I realized, why these people are so miserable.

I always had these questions:

Why they drink coffee?

Why they drink alcohol every night?

Why they change home every year?

When I was in CIBC I ended up drinking coffee too Morjanay because you don't get enough sleep, 9.5 hours of work, 3 hours of commute, you hardly get 5 hours of sleep. 

The reason they drink alcohol is to forget every night that tomorrow they have to again go to the miserable job.

To forget that they are living in a room as they can't afford to rent an apartment.

To forget that they have student loan for 12 years. 

To forget that they have mortgage for 35 years.

To forget that they just live and wait for the weekends to finally get some sleep, to feel that they are alive and they have some right to live life. 

Morjanay just think their whole life is a room or a basement. A living being living in a basement, we don't even keep our animals there in our country.

And the reason they change home is because buying a car is again a Loan for next 7 years plus car insurance and this and that, multiple ways through which government steals from these people.

So, they use buses and trains and as jobs are far they always change home (what home, I mean room). 

Morjanay the government here controls the people so much that the person works till death. The whole Canada is empty but a 2 bedroom home is for a million dollars. 

The government fools them into thinking that the prices are high because China is investing in property but as you know Morjanay I have worked for Ministry of Urban Development Affairs and I understand urbanization and affordable housing very well so, I know it is a blunt lie. 

If in Afghanistan we were able to build 40,000 apartments for $300 million dollars in 5 years then this country should be able to do better. Maybe 1 million homes in 5 years.

But then how will the government make them work for a 35 years long mortgage? 

The government scams them with free health care, a health care so, bad that I can't even compare it to something. As you know I had ingrown toenail and it was bleeding and I couldn't walk properly and when I called them they said wait 1 month for appointment of check up and then more months for the surgery maybe.

Of course your son went to a private clinic paid 2500$ and got it done in 45 minutes.

My subordinate in previous job had a tumor in her uterus she had to wait 7 months for her surgery.

They don't have basic medicine on the counters, like omeprazole that is sold in amazon of US, but here it is sold on prescription only so, I had to smuggle it from India and Africa through EBay because I don't have time for these doctor appointments.  

You will not believe it Morjanay but these people charge all taxes on those who do 9 to 5, the government is drinking on the blood of the poor. 

In return what does the government gives them? 

They give them expensive homes. 

Expensive grocery.

Expensive rent. 

Slowest health care. 

Fucked up roads. 

Did you know that Canada is the high rape rate country, more than India, I was shocked but now I know why they have such high rape rates. Because it is hard to find "men" in Canada. The government has destroyed their identity so, now a man doesn't know what a man is and what does a weak man do? They rape.

Morjanay I wish it was just this that these people suffer, their government has lead them into confusion about their identities, a male doesn't know he is a male and vice versa. 

They all are scared of each other, they can't express their opinions, they can't talk, not even on social media because they will lose jobs and you know what happen when they lose jobs, mortgage payments, student loans, car loans and so on. 

Canadians are not nice Morjanay, they are scared because they don't know what if they confide into their friend and then their friend reports them and then it is over for their career and life. 

I remember in CIBC a colleague of mine who was from UAE said "dear" to a girl on phone, out of respect because many countries uses it but she filled a harassment case against him. 

Here young people call older people with their names, you can't even address someone as a "Sir" or "Ma'am" anymore because that "Sir" might identify as a cow. 

They have no culture, no religion, nothing. All they have is borrowed and sewen together in a hope to make some sense out of it. 

Morjanay here everyone is frustrated, tired and sick and wants to find someone to take it out on but they can't. 

Here when someone is lazy and fat, they call them obsesse and for some reason they all have to respect a person who is a disgrace to himself and his family because they are lazy and you have to appreciate this sloth. 

Morjanay, these people are beyond help because their government is controlling them while giving them the illusion they are free. The government that pays 12 million dollars a year to a TV channel as it is "saving Canadian culture", the same government doesn't pay 1 dollar to the food banks. 

But yes the government doesn't hesitate to spend all tax payers money in Afghanistan. The tax payers who can't eat good food, is sleeping in a room, is waiting months for health care, the same tax payer is paying for the government's interest in wars or fixing war torn countries (whatever story they sell to people).

Anyway, I am glad I will be back with you, I will get us all passports and then we are done with this hell. Because my children won't be safe here neither will anyone else be. They brainwash kids in schools and turn them into useless beings that has no confidence, no self actualization and has 911 on their speed dial. 

To me Morjanay Canada is a "transit" where intelligent humans come, take its passport and leaves. 

Sorry Morjanay the letter became longer than I wanted it to be but I had to share it with you.

I love you Morjanay a lot and I am glad I was born to meet you because you fulfill my life. Thank you for always being there and I am sorry that even at this age you give me support and I am sorry that I couldn't do everything for you. 

But I love you more than anything I know of
