CONFERENCE ON LEOPARDI - BRUSSELS, 14 JUNE 2006
Giacomo Leopardi is considered one of Italy’s illustrious poets of his time. He was born in Recanati on June 29, 1798 and died in Naples on June 14, 1837. In commemoration of his death anniversary, the Marchigiani Association of Belgium organized a conference on his literary life and a reading of his selected poems in Brussels on June 14, 2006. ¶ 8:39 AM
